1. Ingredients: Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, starch, calcium
2. Application: suitable for making western pastries, Swiss rolls,Chiffon cake, batter-styles cake, buns, bread, bscuits and fried products.
3. Use directions: directly add it to flour.
4. Features: it generates gas both in dough(batter) processing and
product baking; it doesn’t contain alum (Soleplate aluminum Potassium ), so the product doesn’t taste bitter.
5. Recommended dosage: 0.5%-1% for flour dosage.
